As described in Acropolis  "if the specified media asset URL does not perform content negotiation and result in an RDF description of itself, you should include the data about the asset in the same resource that you describe the creative work that it is a representative of." When the page is requested with the appropriate content type (e.g. text/plain), the content of BL_Global_Page_VideoClip:Transcript is returned as plain text. My recommendation would not be to include the full transcript in the #transcript resource, as this is actually a description of the transcript, rather than the transcript itself.

Most of the comments for Article apply here, too (e.g. need for separate relationship terms, need for a licence on the video).

The Acropolis Book has some specific information about marking up videos which should be useful: https://bbcarchdev.github.io/inside-acropolis/#av. If you can add a video link to the Sample Value column, I could mock up some RDF for you which adheres to our guidelines.
