Hi, this is Shih-Chieh Ilya Li (@ilya, 李士傑 from Taipei, Taiwan) representing TELDAP 8th division of International Collaboration & Promotion of Taiwan e-Learning & Digital Archives Program, Culturemondo Asia-Pacific Secretariat Project, and in collaboration with 4th division of Academic and Social Promotions and Applications of Digital Archives and e-Learning Project, starting to engage museums and cultural institutions to open cultural data.
Before officially collecting & presenting the various open APIs initiatives of Taiwan (and cross strait mainland China, if possible) cultural institutions, here would firstly temporarily be a contact and todo / discussion point. Because of language / communication issues, I would have to initiate an Chinese website / wikisite to open to Chinese speaking colleagues and helping them to ask questions and form community. Great thanks to Mia and other professionals here whose works had led good prototype examples which I might be able to communicate with Chinese audience.
Please leave any message here or personally to @ilya if you want to join discussion on Chinese culture data issues.
Thanks again for everything, ilya
